Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations in an on-site, full time role based in Aurangabad. Responsibilities include supporting workforce planning, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes,



and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The role involves administering HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations matters, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, support payroll inputs and attendance management, and contribute to employee engagement activities. This role requires proactive communication with employees at all levels to promote a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment in a manufacturing setting.
