Gist Beauty is India's first premium hair perfume brand, redefining the way people fragrance and care for their hair. We're building a luxury beauty brand from the ground up with products that combine fine fragrance with hair care.
This is an chance to join at day one. You'll work directly with the founder and play a key role in taking the company from its first sale to a nationally recognized brand.
About the Role
This is not a typical marketing or sales job.
We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems without waiting for instructions.
As part of the Founder's Office, your mission is simple:
Help grow Gist Beauty from ₹0 to its first crore in revenue.
You'll work across marketing, sales, partnerships, operations, marketplaces, influencer collaborations, and growth initiatives. No two days will look the same.

What You'll Do
Drive Revenue Growth
- Identify and execute growth opportunities across D2C and B2B.
- Build systems to acquire customers efficiently.
- Generate and test new ideas to increase sales.
Build the Brand
- Manage influencer collaborations and PR outreach.
- Build relationships with creators and brand partners.
- Coordinate content shoots and creative campaigns.
- Work with designers and freelancers to launch campaigns.
Scale Sales
- Reach out to salons, premium retailers, hotels, gifting companies, and distributors.
- Build strategic partnerships.
- Develop new sales channels.
Grow Online
- Coordinate Meta and Google advertising with external agencies/freelancers.
- Improve website conversion rates.
- Manage marketplace listings such as Amazon, Nykaa, Smytten, and others.
- Launch referral and affiliate programs.
- Assist with email and WhatsApp marketing.
