Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. You will manage projects from brief to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear internal briefs.
- Coordinate with Creative, Copy, Digital, Production, and Media teams to ensure timely execution.




- Track multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams to ensure project progress.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and agency quality standards.
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an advertising, branding, digital, or marketing agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Positive presentation and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
