What You'll Do at Pega:

The Partner Success Technical Lead (PSTL) supports our delivery ecosystem to help partners and clients deliver strong outcomes with Pega technology.



This individual’s job is to identify enablement needs and provide current Pega technical knowledge to our delivery ecosystem in order to improve practice capability. Enablement may be delivered via workshops, webcasts, documentation, course content, or 1:1 project mentoring. This role works with the Partner Delivery Success Manager, Blueprint Delivered team and others to understand the ecosystem enablement requirements for the organization, industry and region and supports enablement to fit those requirements. The PSTL promotes awareness and usage of the “Blueprint Delivered Methodology” (defined delivery process best practices) to practitioners in their portfolio. He or she works with ecosystem counterparts to support the development of technical Pega skills within the delivery ecosystem. He or she helps integrate Pega delivery best practices into partner and client methodology to improve delivery outcomes. The PSTL supports project success via workshops and advisory engagements.
