Role Description
The Senior Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Eunoia Designtech’s client portfolio.



This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, and developing strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s services in design, digital marketing, and mechanical solutions. The Senior Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver tailored pitches and proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals that meet client needs and business targets. Day-to-day activities include market research, pipeline management, collaboration with design and marketing teams to shape client solutions, and ongoing performance tracking and reporting to leadership. The role also includes representing the company at industry events, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, and contributing to long-term growth strategies.
