Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Test Engineer to support DALI interoperability and certification testing activities. This role requires a hands-on execution-focused engineer with robust attention to detail and ownership. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and delivering quality outcomes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Develop and execute test plans and procedures for DALI interoperability and certification testing
Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in product behavior with clear root cause understanding
Perform testing using required tools, test setups, and specialized environments for protocol/device validation
Ensure product compliance with DALI standards and internal quality requirements
Prepare detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
Ensure thorough validation by covering negative, boundary, and integration scenarios
Contribute to improving test coverage and overall test effectiveness through continuous feedback and analysis
Develop and maintain test automation scripts (Python / existing frameworks) for identified scenarios
Identify manual test cases suitable for automation and progressively increase automation coverage
