About the Role:
As a Manager, Technology Project & Program Management, you will lead a team and be accountable for the performance and results of your departmental area. Your strategic vision will ensure projects meet all specifications within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of project managers and support staff.
• Oversee multiple complex IT projects across various domains.
• Develop project plans and manage project risks.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Coordinate resource allocation across various projects.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives.
