Role & Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations for the Cinzac Group of Companies, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, training initiatives and performance systems.
- Partner with business heads to build a high-performance, values-driven culture across multiple business verticals.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 36 years of HR experience, preferably in dealerships, engineering companies, MSMEs or manufacturing organisations.
- Robust experience in recruitment, HR operations and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
