Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Rajahmundry region. This is a replacement role focusing on driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in Rajahmundry.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and ensure targets are met.
* Identify current business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.




* Manage sales budget effectively and optimize resource allocation.
* Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and engage with critical customers.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of the Rajahmundry market and customer base.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
