Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and promoting Yourstha’s offerings to prospective and existing customers. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer onboarding, as well as tracking sales performance and reporting key metrics to management. The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales decisions and contribute to revenue growth.
