Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Conduct performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR records.
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlement.
- Support management in workforce planning and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Positive knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
