Position: International Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven International Sales Executive to sell international holiday packages and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. Similar roles in the travel industry emphasize consultative selling, itinerary customization, customer relationship management, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Sell international holiday packages including Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Maldives, Europe, Japan, and more.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, visas, flights, hotels, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Upsell travel insurance, activities, cruises, and premium services.
- Stay updated with destination knowledge, visa regulations, and travel trends.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Robust sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of international travel destinations.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
