Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations while supporting business development activities.

The selected candidate will communicate with B2B clients, generate qualified leads, coordinate with manufacturers and vendors, prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, support social media activities,



and ensure smooth execution of customer orders from enquiry to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Website, WhatsApp and Email.

• Communicate professionally with prospective B2B clients.

• Generate and qualify business leads.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients.

• Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices and business documents.

• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners.

• Track customer orders from enquiry to dispatch.

• Maintain CRM, customer database and daily business reports.

• Support company social media and digital marketing activities.

• Assist in business development and customer relationship management.

• Work closely with management to achieve monthly business goals.
