What We Are Looking For
- An expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience working as a Front-End Developer and 1 year working experience in AngularJs/ Angular 2,4,5
- Working knowledge with unit testing frameworks(like Jasmine and Protractor) would be required
- Experience with media queries and responsive design
- Hands-on with Charting framework like D3JS, Fusion Chart or High Charts
- A knowledge of CSS platforms such as Twitter’s Bootstrap
- Good knowledge of OOPs concepts
- Understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, server-side CSS pre-processing ( LESS and SASS) and able to convert UI/UX design wire-frames to actual code
- Exposure to latest javascript Frameworks like Angular 6 / React.js / Vue.js
- Knowledge Gulp / Grunt / WebPack would be a plus
- Other Skill – Highcharts.js, D3.js Bower, UI-Bootstrap, Rest, NPM Package Manager, JSON, UI-router
Responsibilities
- Create Web application front end as per design comps and information architecture
- Integrate front-end application with the application business layer
- Follow best practices and standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
- Collect feedback from design and technical team on application development needs
- Understand executing accessibility and progressive enhancement presentation
- Stick to established coding standards and group procedures individually and in teams
- Add to engineering team’s culture of high code quality
- Coordinate with Interface Design Architects for meeting accessibility standards at code level
- Create conceptual diagrams, visual mock-ups, and manage detailed user interface specifications
- Conduct usability testing to resolve interface problems
- Engage in requirement specification process for recent software functionality
- Ensure design consistency with client’s development standards and guidelines
