- Study the customer RFQ with Mktg & Design team To know the new Project Specifications & Requirements (CSR).
- Arrange the required resources for development of Proto samples as need by custome
- Review manufacturing feasibility and risk analysis for Product.
- Prepare the timing plan for development considering Customer sample submission requirements
- Participating for supplier evaluation & assessment, for technical Resource availability for quality Product M/F.
- Manufacture Proto Samples to Fulfill Product Approval from Customer After completion of DVP.
- Define the Process Flow to M/F the Quality Product with min. cost, with optimization & Utilization of available resources.
- Feasibility studies, communication with other departments to receive the basic required input on projects.
- Responsible for Developing a Part & if any VAVE implementation is possible, then suggest to Design & get approve from CFT.
