Accounts Executive — Falcon International (Kirti Nagar, New Delhi)

Falcon International is a fast-growing B2B trader of motorcycle spare

parts, supplying dealers and distributors across India. We're modernising

our accounts function on Zoho Books and looking for an Accounts Executive

who can own the day-to-day books end-to-end.

What you'll do:

• Raise daily sales quotes and GST invoices; enter purchases and expenses

• Reconcile incoming payments (bank transfers, UPI/collection agents, cash)

against invoices and keep every customer ledger accurate

• Perform bank reconciliation across multiple accounts

• Prepare and support monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

• Flag overdue payments to the team for follow-up

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience running a company's books





(in-company experience preferred over CA-firm/articleship)

• Strong on GST — you've filed GSTR-1 and 3B yourself

• Proficient in Zoho Books, Tally, or Busy (Zoho a strong plus; we'll train)

• Accurate, organised, and comfortable using modern software tools daily

• Lives within ~10 km of Kirti Nagar / Rama Road and can join immediately

What we offer:

• ₹20,000 to 25,000/month based on experience
