Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Equivalent with 4+ years
of working
Core Technology: Solid experience with full stack development using
C#, .NET, IVR and DevOps Technologies.
Primary Skills:
IVR/Voice Technologies: Must have 1+ years of working experience and
background using and/or implementing Voice technologies (VXML, SIP,
RTP), Speech recognition & synthesis, Speech processing, Speech
Analytics.
Back-End Development: Must have 3+ years of backend development
using C#, C and .NET Core.
Cloud & DevOps: Must have 1+ year working experience of Cloud
technologies (preferably AWS), Cloud tools such as Kubernetes, Docker,
GitHub and CI/CD
Agile Methodology: Must have experience working Confluence, JIRA
and in an Agile team.
Must have strong background in muti-process / multi-threaded
application development.
