Mom's Mixes is a mother-daughter-led clean-label food startup reimagining everyday Indian cooking through pure, Jain-friendly spices and convenient premixes. Built on the values of trust, tradition, and innovation, our products are made in small batches using farm-sourced ingredients with no preservatives, no artificial colours, and no MSG. We are available across our Website, Amazon, Blinkit, and retail stores, and are on a mission to build India's most loved clean-label spice brand.

Position Details

Role:
Founder's Office Intern

Employment Type:
Paid Internship

Location:
Hybrid (Gurugram)

Stipend:
Rs.2500 - Rs.5,000 per month

Working Hours:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Work From Office:
3 Days a Week (Office days will be communicated by the team.)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational projects.
- Support day-to-day business operations across multiple business functions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research.




- Manage documentation, reports, trackers, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Assist across marketing, operations, customer success, and business development initiatives.
- Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Founder.
- Ensure confidentiality while handling company information and internal processes.

Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced startup.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and startups.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
