Role Summary
Seeking a strategic,
individual contributor to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across the enterprise. This VP-level role will develop change strategies for global initiatives, develop and deliver training, and execute adoption programs. The ideal candidate will partner with global stakeholders to ensure successful transformation with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver regional and global AI adoption programs
- Design and deliver tailored training content for diverse employee groups
- Execute change strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory standards
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption
- Align with product stakeholders and communications partners to ensure effective messaging throughout engagements
- Build stakeholder engagement and manage resistance across regions
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and cultu
