Job Summary

BK Nexus Enterprises is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates to join as Business Development Executive (BDE) Trainees. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's Degree.




- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work full-time.
