Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead .NET to lead a team of developers while remaining hands-on in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, Web API, SQL Server, and JavaScript, along with experience in mentoring team members and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.
- Build responsive and interactive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Take ownership of modules as an Individual Contributor and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Estimate development effort, perform impact analysis,
and manage technical deliverables.
- Design and develop secure RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and complex queries.
- Perform SQL query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, Product Owners, and DevOps.
- Drive application performance, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- 8–13 years of experience in Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Solid hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.
- Good experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
