Role Description
The Executive – Ecommerce at Posh Living Company will manage and optimize online sales channels, with a focus on The Kailasam’s digital presence. This full time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves overseeing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across ecommerce platforms. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales trends, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.



The Executive will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a consistent brand experience and smooth order fulfillment. Daily responsibilities also include managing key ecommerce accounts, resolving customer queries related to online purchases, and preparing regular performance reports for management.
