Role Description
The Sales Lead (B2C Sales) will oversee and drive direct-to-consumer sales for MagickWorld’s offerings, including stays, shops, clubs, and family getaways. This full-time in office role, based in Jaipur, involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and nurturing leads to closing deals and ensuring high customer satisfaction.



Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with families and parents, conducting product presentations, handling inquiries, and guiding customers through bookings and purchases. The Sales Lead will monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. The role also includes training and coaching team members, coordinating with marketing and operations, and representing MagickWorld at local events and partner locations to strengthen community presence.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families and parents.
