We are seeking an experienced Academic Manager to lead academic operations, curriculum implementation, faculty development, and learning excellence initiatives across educational programs. This role requires a dynamic professional who can drive academic quality, strengthen learning outcomes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality educational experiences.

Responsibilities –
- Drive academic planning, curriculum implementation, and program delivery across educational initiatives.
- Monitor academic quality, learning outcomes, and adherence to established educational standards.
- Collaborate with faculty, trainers, and academic stakeholders to enhance teaching effectiveness and learner engagement.




- Lead faculty development programs, training interventions, and assessment frameworks.
- Analyze academic performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance student success.

Requirements –
- 8+ years of experience in academic operations, curriculum management, educational leadership, or learning & development.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, academic administration, assessment methodologies, and learning frameworks.
- Experience managing faculty, trainers, academic teams, or educational programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Master's degree in Education, Management, Psychology, Humanities, or a related discipline preferred.
