As the Senior Manager, PMO, you will be responsible for overseeing larger, more complex projects and programs, driving strategic initiatives across the organization, and managing a team of project managers. The Senior Manager, PMO is also responsible for optimizing project management processes, aligning projects with business goals, and ensuring high-level governance and reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the Project Management Office, providing direction, support, and oversight to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs.
* Establish and maintain project management processes, methodologies, and standards, ensuring consistency and best practices across all projects.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with organizational strategy and priorities.
* Drive the development of the PMO’s long-term strategy, aligning it with the organization’s objectives and vision.
* Oversee the project portfolio to ensure that projects are prioritized, executed, and delivered according to established timelines, budgets,



and quality standards.
* Regularly report on the status of key projects to executive leadership, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
* Conduct project audits and assessments to ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.
* Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement standardized project management tools, templates, and frameworks to ensure consistency and improve project outcomes.
* Monitor and report on resource utilization, identifying potential gaps or inefficiencies.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, providing guidance and support to project teams to mitigate and resolve them.
* Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies to ensure projects stay on track even in the face of challenges.
