Role Summary
- Designs and builds the integration layers between Dynamics/Dataverse, front-end channels, and AI agents. Exposes CRM capabilities through secure APIs and MCP-compatible tools, enabling event-driven applications and agentic AI to safely reason over and act on CRM data.

Responsibilites
- Build REST/GraphQL APIs and middleware that decouple Dynamics from consuming apps and agents




- Implement event-driven patterns to publish CRM state changes to downstream systems
- Expose CRM and platform capabilities via MCP servers for AI tool access
- Enable LLM/agent workflows to query, summarise, and trigger CRM processes
- Enforce secure, delegated access using up-to-date identity and authorization patterns
- Understanding of Dynamics runtime (Dataverse schema, security, plugins and workflows)
- Production support, release and change management
- Write and deploy CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and back-end architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, or a Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
