Role Description
In this full-time, on-site role based in Indore, the Customer Care Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information about services. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following scripts and compliance guidelines. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address escalations,



supporting basic sales and upselling activities when appropriate, and meeting individual and team performance targets. The Customer Care Executive will also contribute feedback to improve processes, call scripts, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills focused on resolving issues and building long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and skilled call etiquette.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities, such as basic upselling, cross-selling, and persuasive yet ethical customer engagement.
- Relevant experience in a BPO, contact center, or customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Comfort using call center software, CRM tools, and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office).
