Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform and review daily and periodic accounting functions for a portfolio of investment funds, including NAV calculations, journal entries, and fund reconciliations.
Assist in side-letter reporting to various investors of flagship fund.
Ensure accurate book-keeping and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
Prepare and review capital call and distribution calculations, partner capital statements, and investor reporting.
Reconcile fund cash, holdings, and capital movements, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
