Work you’ll do:
As a Senior in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services function for Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”), you will provide corporate secretarial business services support on engagements for our clients’ large and complex organizations. Services include focusing on corporate document assessments, foreign qualifications, annual compliances including annual returns, withdrawals and management of corporate data, review of governance structures, corporate changes, legal entity simplification, event driven changes,



leading the review of governance structures, corporate changes as well as central coordination combined with local, on the ground experience with jurisdictions around the world. You will interact mainly with US/USI and global team members, as applicable, and will contribute directly to delivering first class service to our clients. You will be working with Deloitte Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers as well as Managers of Legal Business Services (“LBS”) projects and engagements. You will review the governance structures, assembly of corporate documents and management of corporate data. You will support the engagement lifecycle from opportunity pursuit through service delivery and identification of expansion opportunities to continue to deliver advantages to our clients.
