Brikito is an AI-powered Construction and Real Estate Development Platform focused on digitizing project execution, communication, documentation, and decision-making across the construction ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding
- Design high-quality marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, pitch decks, company profiles, and presentation materials.
- Create visually appealing social media creatives, infographics, and digital advertisements.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all online and offline marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling assets for campaigns and product launches.

Video Editing & Multimedia
- Edit promotional videos, reels, product demos, founder videos, and event highlights.




- Create short-form video content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and basic animations where required.
- Handle end-to-end video production coordination, including editing and export for multiple formats.

Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize Brikito’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Perform Social Media Optimization (SMO) to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Execute and monitor ad boosting campaigns and paid promotions on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Track campaign performance and provide basic performance insights and recommendations.

UI/UX & Website Support
- Design landing pages, website banners, and user interface assets.
- Support the product team with UI/UX improvements and visual enhancements.
