Walls & Dreams Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Contractor Management Executive
to manage and strengthen our contractor network across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, strong contractor relationships, and the ability to ensure timely deployment of contractors as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage contractors and subcontractors for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Align and deploy contractors as per project requirements, timelines, and manpower needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of contractors across the Delhi NCR region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors to ensure resource availability.
- Negotiate labour rates, work orders, commercial terms, and service agreements to achieve cost-effective project execution.
- Coordinate with Operations, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Planning teams for timely contractor mobilization.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity,



quality of work, and adherence to project schedules.
- Resolve contractor-related issues, manpower shortages, and execution delays.
- Ensure contractors comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and safety standards.
- Maintain records of contractor agreements, work orders, deployment, billing, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct market surveys to identify reliable contractors and benchmark labour rates across the Delhi NCR region.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in contractor management, site coordination, or construction operations.
- Prior experience in the residential construction industry will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent network of contractors and subcontractors in the Delhi NCR region.
