Our vision is to design and manufacture internationally certified safety relays, configurable safety controllers, safety I/O systems, and safety PLCs for global markets.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Architect to lead the technical vision and architecture of our next-generation functional safety product portfolio.

Role Overview

As the Chief Architect, you will be responsible for defining the overall hardware and software architecture, leading the engineering organization, driving product innovation, and ensuring compliance with international functional safety standards.

You will work closely with executive leadership to build India's next-generation functional safety platform from concept through certification and commercial production.





Key Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technology roadmap for safety relays, safety controllers, and safety PLCs.
- Lead the architecture of hardware, embedded firmware, diagnostics, and system software.
- Design products that comply with IEC 61508, ISO 13849, IEC 62061, and related functional safety standards.
- Lead architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary R&D; team covering hardware, firmware, PCB design, testing, and compliance.
- Define engineering processes, coding standards, documentation, and quality systems.
- Work with certification agencies such as TÜV and accredited laboratories throughout the certification lifecycle.
- Oversee prototype development, verification, validation, reliability testing, EMC compliance, and manufacturing readiness.
- Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and customers
