Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Senior Experience Centre Sales Consultant to drive customer engagement and sales conversions at our flagship Experience Centre.

As the face of Aethelon AI, you will welcome visitors, conduct engaging smart home demonstrations, understand customer requirements, and guide them toward the most suitable automation solutions for their homes and projects.





This role is ideal for professionals who excel at consultative selling, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Technical training on our products and solutions will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation

* Drive sales conversions through walk-in visitors, scheduled appointments, referrals, and channel partners.

* Conduct personalized consultations to understand customer needs, budgets, lifestyle preferences, and project requirements.

* Recommend suitable home automation solutions and prepare tailored proposals.

* Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the complete sales cycle until closure.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records.
