Role Description The Commercial Real Estate – Regional Leasing Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. This role oversees commercial leasing activities across the region, including managing inventory, driving occupancy,



and negotiating lease terms with corporate and institutional tenants. The individual will lead the regions franchise network, set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure consistent execution of leasing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market assessments, developing and presenting proposals, coordinating property viewings, and working closely with property owners, developers, and internal stakeholders to align leasing plans with business goals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and market trends, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering a high-quality client experience throughout the leasing lifecycle.
