In/-Process and First/-Piece Validation/: Before clearing volume assembly activities, perform structured line audits and first/-piece inspections at manufacturing milestones to confirm setup parameters, machining dimensions, and operator procedures. Physical Testing & Metrology Validation/: To verify product tolerances, use exact engineering measuring tools such as digital micrometres, vernier callipers, thread gauges, dial indicators, hardness testers, and coating thickness gauges. Rework Auditing & Line Clearance/: Before granting final line clearance, oversee and re/-examine authorised product rework operations to make sure that corrected units fully comply with secondary engineering criteria. Defect Containment & Material Review Board MRB Logging/:
