Your Role:
- We are seeking a hands-on Digital Solutions Analyst to join our Strategy & Excellence team within Our Life Science Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO).
- In this role, you will play a key part in building, running and continuously improving our digital solutions for strategic project and portfolio management – creating transparency, enabling analysis and supporting decision-making.
- You translate business needs into robust technical solutions, connect data across platforms, and provide decision-ready insights.




- Develop Smartsheet-based solutions (requirements → design → build → rollout), ensuring scalable structures, user-friendly UX, and governance
- Act as the go-to expert for issue analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing solutions; manage enhancements and user adoption
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting (Power BI/Tableau) for portfolio and project information visualization and KPI tracking
- Design and implement interfaces/integrations between applications (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft platforms, Palantir Foundry), including API-based connections where required
- Collaborate with the strategic project and portfolio management team, project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide analytical support
- Ensure data quality (accuracy, integrity, validation)

Who You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or
