Job Description
We are seeking a Communication Specialist to spearhead strategic internal communications and volunteering activities for our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives to create awareness about the company’s social impact initiatives amongst the employees and community.
Major Activities carried out by the role:Duties and Responsibilities
. Strategic Internal Communications
? Develop and implement plan for internal communications for CSR initiatives.
? Work with different teams to ensure effective communication and support.
? Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and leadership to share CSR initiatives.
? Conduct regular assessments of communication strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
? Create communication templates and toolkits for consistent messaging across departments.
2. Volunteering
? Help design and implement volunteer programs in collaboration with other teams.
? Collaborate with teams to identify nonprofits and local organizations to develop activities and calendar.




? Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote volunteering opportunities via social media, newsletters, and internal communication channels.
? Maintain volunteer records, assist in organizing events, and prepare necessary documents and correspondence.
? Create and manage campaigns to encourage employee participation.
3. Media Channel Management
? Manage internal communication channels to ensure visibility and awareness.
? Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on communication effectiveness.
? Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to optimize channel performance.
? Develop and maintain a repository of all internal communications for reference and consistency.
4. Branding & Content
? Lead the development of a robust and consistent brand identity across CSR initiatives.
? Conceptualize and execute content strategies that effectively communicate impact and drive engagement.
