SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY
The Lead – Horticulture is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the landscape, gardens, and green spaces of the assigned site to deliver superior aesthetic appeal, environmental sustainability, and resident satisfaction. The role will oversee horticulture operations, landscaping contractors, irrigation systems, and seasonal plantation programs while ensuring optimal landscape quality standards and productive resource utilization.
Landscape Management
- Maintain high standards of landscaping, gardens, lawns, plantation areas, and common area aesthetics.
- Ensure landscape quality and visual standards are consistently maintained across the site.
- Plan and execute seasonal plantation, replantation, beautification, and greenery enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct regular inspections and corrective actions to improve overall landscape presentation.
Irrigation & Resource Optimization
- Monitor irrigation systems and ensure optimal water utilization.
- Drive water consumption reduction initiatives through efficient irrigation practices and automation.
- Implement sustainable horticulture practices including mulching, drip irrigation, and water recycling wherever feasible.
- Track and report irrigation efficiency and water-saving measures.
Contractor Management
- Manage horticulture vendors and landscaping contractors.
- Ensure adherence to service levels, quality standards, and contract obligations.
- Monitor deployment of manpower, materials, and maintenance schedules.
Resident Experience
- Ensure attractive and well-maintained common areas to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Address landscaping-related complaints and service requests within defined timelines.
