Role Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and matching purchase orders, preparing and posting journal entries related to payables,
reconciling accounts payable balances, and assisting with month-end closing activities. The specialist will manage expense reports, monitor compliance with internal policies, and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders. The role also involves supporting audits, maintaining up-to-date records, and contributing to continuous improvement of accounts payable processes.
Qualifications
