Job Description:
We are hiring Technical Support Executives for an International Voice, Email & Chat Support process. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international customers.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International UK/US Voice Process (Mandatory)
- Fluent English communication (C1 Level) is mandatory
- Experience in Voice, Email & Chat Support
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to international customers through voice, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow support procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication (C1 Level)
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
