Job Title: Sales Officer – Home Loan / LAP

Location: Multiple Locations

Job Description:

We are hiring Sales Officers for a leading Housing Finance Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Source Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sales, referrals, DSAs, builders, and connectors.

Acquire new customers and build a strong sales pipeline.

Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Maintain relationships with existing customers and business partners.

Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.

Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Valuable communication and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.

Preferred Background:

Housing Finance Companies, Banks, NBFCs, DSA, Mortgage, Home Loan Sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
