We're looking for a proactive Business Development & Admissions Associate Intern who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping students choose the right learning path.

Role Description
The Business Development & Admissions Associate Intern (Remote) role is a full time position based on-site in Gurugram. This role involves engaging prospective learners through calls, messages, and online platforms to promote TheCodingShef’s courses and learning paths. The associate will guide applicants through the admissions process, answer program-related queries, and support them in selecting suitable courses. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate enrollment records, following up with leads, coordinating with the academic team, and contributing to outreach campaigns. The role also involves providing a positive customer experience, collecting feedback,



and supporting initiatives that improve admissions and enrollment efficiency.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage Enrollment Management tasks, including lead follow-up, application tracking, and maintaining accurate admission records.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build rapport with prospective learners and explain course offerings clearly.
- Customer Service skills to provide responsive, helpful support and ensure a positive admissions experience.
- Understanding of Education programs or training environments, with interest in technology and upskilling initiatives.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead management systems, email platforms).
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
