Experience and Education
- Degree Holders: 0 to 1 year (freshers welcome) with a 3 or 4-year degree (BE/B.Tech, B.Sc CS, BCA)
- Diploma Holders: 1 to 2 years of experience with a 3-year Technical Diploma

Core Skills
- Multi-OS Support: Routine troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu CLI)
- Basic Networking: Firewalls, IPS, Content filtering, VPN, LAN/WAN.
- WiFi access points management, controller policies
- Google Workspace: User administration, MFA enforcement, and basic security settings
- Hardware and Security: Laptop/desktop troubleshooting, patch management, endpoint antivirus/MDM tools

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Install, configure, and maintain user laptops, desktops, network cabling, and printers
- Infrastructure Monitoring:



Monitor firewall dashboards and WiFi networks daily for connectivity, uptime, and security alerts
- Google Workspace Administration: Manage user accounts, enforce MFA, control Drive sharing settings, and review admin audit logs periodically
- Access Management: Provision all IT and Workspace accounts for current joiners. Suspend all access for exiting employees of confirmed exit
- Routine Security Checks: Monitor endpoint management daily. Verify local and network device configuration backups complete successfully
- Physical Security Ops: Perform daily checks on office CCTV/NVR recordings and biometric access control systems. Escalate faults immediately
- Vendor Coordination: Work with ISPs and hardware/software vendors for AMC, support, and troubleshooting
- Process and Documentation: Follow established IT procedures strictly. Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventory. Prepare daily and weekly IT acti
