Overview of Role

As a Forward Deployment Engineer,



you will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to ensure our customers are achieving successful implementations of complex end-to-end deployments of frontier models. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout. Through your collaborative interactions with our teams and clients, you'll have an active role in shaping our customer's experience from start to finish.

You will measure success through production adoption, measurable workflow impact, and eval-driven feedback that changes product and model roadmaps. You'll work closely with our Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities
- Explore and ideate opportunities in the client environment and projects to drive and scale the adoption of agentic solutions, complex data models, and intricate workflows.
