Role Description
The Production Supervisor (Kota, Rajasthan) is a full-time, in office role responsible for overseeing daily production activities at the facility. This position includes planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring that output meets quality standards and safety regulations. The supervisor will lead and guide production teams, allocate tasks, resolve operational issues, and report on production performance and efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations. The Production Supervisor is also expected to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements at the Kota location.

- Experience in manufacturing or chemical processing environments, especially in supervisory roles, will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in an on-site industrial setting in Kota, with familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work in shift-based operations as needed.
