Green Aero Propulsion is building India's first fully integrated transonic drone platform: indigenous engine, avionics, and airframe, all under one roof. That means our finance function has to move at the same speed as our engineers: rapid, scrappy but chasing perfection, and comfortable with a to-do list that changes by lunchtime. We need someone who can own the numbers end-to-end, not just process them, someone who's fine chasing an overdue vendor payment at 10am and helping close the books at 8pm, no drama, just gets it done.

3-5 years in accounting/financial administration

What you'll actually be doing

Keep the money moving
- Book every invoice and sales transaction accurately, on time, no backlog piling up
- Own AP and AR — verify invoices, process payments, chase due dates like it's your job (because it is)




- Close the books every month and make sure the numbers actually tie out

Keep us compliant (so nobody panics later)
- Run compliance checks on financial activity against policy and law — catch issues before they become problems
- Support tax filings, audits, and regulatory paperwork
- Turn out clean monthly reports — expenses, sales, whatever leadership needs to make a call

Get people paid, get us paid
- Handle outgoing payments to vendors and suppliers without anyone having to ask twice
- Keep invoice/receipt records tight and follow up on anything overdue
- Work across teams so payments and collections don't become anyone's bottleneck

Wear the extra hats
- Keep financial records organized and easy to find — future-you (and the auditor) will thank you
- Help leadership track budgets and expenses, plus whatever ad hoc finance task lands on the desk that week
