Job Title: Inside Sales Trainee (Internship)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Inside Sales Trainees. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in sales. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training in customer interaction, lead management, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Explain products and services to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Prepare daily activity and performance reports.

Eligibility




- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Any Graduate or Final Year Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Work Schedule
- Rotational weekly off.
- Candidates should be adaptable to work in assigned shifts.
