The chance

As a Guidewire Senior Manager in the Technology Consulting team to lead a Guidewire applications project, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Jutro Digital Platform project for our customers in the US.

Your key responsibilities
- Need to work as a technical leader (Senior Manager rank) to contribute to various streams of Guidewire projects.
- Interface, collaborate and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
- Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.
- Regular status reporting to the Program Managers and onsite coordinators
- Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.

- Manage the performance management for the direct reports, as per the organization policies.
- Foster teamwork and lead by example
- Training and mentoring of project resources.
- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Skills and attributes for success
- Deep understanding of Guidewire framework implementation, architecture and components.
- Highly experienced and hands-on in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimsCenter/BillingCenter and Guidewire Integration
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in either Personal Lines products like Personal Auto, Property, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella, etc. OR Commercial Lines products like Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, Farm Umbrella, Business Owners, etc.
- Java 8+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT
- Demonstrable experience on PC Product Config, Common Config
