Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Process Coach for the Hospital Billing Payment Posting process.
- Train, coach, and mentor associates on Hospital Billing Payment Posting concepts, process guidelines, and client requirements.
- Provide floor support and resolve process-related queries and escalations.
- Monitor team productivity and quality against defined targets.
- Identify performance gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines, SOPs, and Internal & External SLAs.
- Track and maintain productivity and quality reports.
- Work closely with Team Leads and Operations to improve team performance.




- Follow company policies and maintain process discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile -
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Hospital Billing Payment Posting within US Healthcare RCM.
- Robust knowledge of Hospital Billing Payment Posting, EOB/ERA processing, payer remittance posting, adjustments, and RCM concepts.
- Experience in training, coaching, floor support, and query handling.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong reporting and mentoring skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai Location).
