What You’ll Do
• Work closely with the team, build relationships & collaborate better
• Stay up to date with industry news, learn Residential terms & lingo
• Keep a track of new launches and mark key residential projects
• Handle client requests and match them with right properties
• Explore markets and gather on-ground insights
• Manage database of key contacts from develops & investors
• Help promote Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and contribute to a safe working environment.
Who You are
• Highly organized individual who loves to multi-task
• A lot of drive to grow professionally in Property Consulting
• Willing to travel within city (About 10-20% of office time, if required)
• Communicates well verbally and works with others
• No previous experience is required; but a genuine interest in real estate is important
Operational Advantages
• You’ll be working across different residential asset classes like plots, apartment, villa , Floors etc .
• Learn Directly from senior brokers in the industry and develop network
